Gladys N. Jusino Leon
Gladys N. Jusino Leon, CEO of Quality In Patient Care Inc., brings over 40 years of experience in nursing education, clinical training, and healthcare leadership. She earned her bachelor’s in nursing (BSN) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico (PCUPR) in 1982 and a master’s in nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Nurse Educator from Capella University in 2012. Her thesis emphasized Ethical Practice in Nursing, reflecting her dedication to improving quality healthcare and promoting nursing professional development.
Her leadership focuses on advancing continuing education for nurses, fostering clinical excellence, and addressing key challenges like the nursing shortage and quality improvement projects in healthcare.
